Performance Coatings International (PCI) is a Singapore-based coatings specialist.
We are a dedicated special effect painter and applicator of decorative textured wall and ceiling finishes – lime plaster (Marmorino; Travertino), Venetian plaster (stucco), lime wash (mineral paint), acrylic paint, metallic paint and everything in between.
We primarily use premium textured finishes from Oikos Italy, a prominent coatings supplier with a rich history and a commitment to environmentally-friendly & quality building material.
Since our establishment in 1998, we are grateful to have worked with many architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and clients to bring numerous notable commercial and residential projects to life.
Over the years, PCI have also built up expertise in building façade restoration – specifically treating anodized aluminium panels. We offer deep cleaning services for industrial sites as well. Please find out more about our project references and proprietary technology here:

Our Team

All work is carried out in-house; strictly no sub-contracting out of work. This ensures smoother communication, more efficient project-management and most importantly – a better product.
Most of our team of craftsmen have at least 5 years of experience in this field. Our longest-serving craftsman has been with us for 15 years.
Our technical director has 30 years of experience in the coatings field, and our sales and project managers have at least 8 years of experience.
